Audio Cutting Out
1. Up The Buffer Size
In the app, click the menu icon and navigate to “Settings”
Under “Buffer Size”, increase the setting to “Normal” or “Large”, then restart the app
2. Use iHeart radio’s app stream versus the apps. Click “Switch The Stream” on the Ace & TJ App.
3. Make sure the most updated version is on the phone.
For Apple – Go to the App Store, search for Ace & TJ and click update.
For Android – Go to Google Play, search for Ace & TJ and click update.
4. Close and restart the app.
